Bristol Clinical Commissioning Group’s Compliance with Public and Patient Involvement

The Protect our NHS campaign Group has just received a letter from its lawyers regarding the most recent documents received from the Bristol Clinical Commissioning Group (BCCG). David Lock QC has given solicitor, Rosa Curling, at Leigh Day, clear advice that he thinks BCCG is now compliant with its legal obligations.
